Hungary has implemented the Use for the benefit of people with a disability (Art. 5.3(b) InfoSoc) exception in Section 41(1) of the Copyright Act. The national exception closely resembles the EU exception.

Implementation summary:

This exception allows for any non-commercial use of a work which only purpose of use is to meet the needs of disabled persons, the needs being directly related to their disabilities, and does not exceed the extent justified by the purpose.
