Denmark has implemented the Reproduction of broadcasts by social institutions (Art. 5.2(e) InfoSoc) exception in § 15 of the Copyright Act. The national exception closely resembles the EU exception.

Implementation summary:

This exception allows for the recordings of works broadcast on radio and television by hospitals, nursing homes, prisons and other 24-hour institutions within the social and welfare sector, the prison service, and similar institutions, for the brief use of the inmates and others of the institution, if this is not done for commercial purposes. Such recordings may be used only within the institution in question.
